Beauty pageant contestant Tracy Ip was crowned with the prestigious Miss Hong Kong 2005 title several nights ago and she's been drowning since in the midst of non-stop rumors.

Prior news alleged Tracy had cosmetic surgery and was living with her boyfriend.An inside source claims that a deal was struck between Tracy and her modeling agency, Elite, to devise a strategy to be crowned Miss Hong Kong 2005. And apparently, the cosmetic surgery rumors were just a part of Elite's tactics to increase her media exposure.

This insider also notes that Tracy's modeling contract was written to guarantee she would be proceed to the Final Three of the pageant.

Through the phone, Tracy denied these allegations and said, "My contract with Elite ended 2 years ago and currently, I am not affiliated with any agency". She trusts the public will be fair critics.
