According to the organizer, Hong Kong pop diva Kelly Chan(陈慧琳) will be one of the six expert judges bringing the four-month national singing contest to a close. Chan's agent company has confirmed the news. "The deal was sealed in Shanghai on Aug. 15," said a Mr. Tan with Chan's agent.
