Chinanews, Shanghai, Nov. 10 – Many urban dwellers love to take a trip to the countryside. For them, picking fresh fruits or eating homemade food at a farmer’s house is just irresistible. But that’s not enough. Now, many people in Shanghai want to experience farmers’ life when traveling abroad. Recently, a travel agency in Malaysia launched a new itinerary in Shanghai by inviting Shanghai people to visit the farmsteads in the country. As soon as the new itinerary is announced, many Shanghainese called to ask for information. Will the trip be different from a visit to the Chinese farmer’s house? The trip will take tourists to visit the Johor state, one of the most developed ones in Malaysia which has many farming sites for sightseeing. Tourists will not only visit places such as tea plantations, bee yards, herbal plants fields and tropical fruit farms, but also have a chance to live with the local farmers and participate in their activities. Similarly, the British Tourism Bureau will also launch a new itinerary inviting tourists to go to the fairy tale village in Cumbria. Tourists can visit the hometown of the British fairy tale writers, their residential places and also the location sites where many fairy tales films were or will be made. In order to make the trip more attractive, the British Tourism Bureau has prepared a sketch map of those fairytale lands.
