Chinanews, Shanghai, January 23 – It is estimated that 5 million Chinese families will invest on vacationing housings. If each of them spends 50,000 yuan in this aspect, there will be a market worth of 250 billion yuan.

 

“Tourism in China has entered a stage of zero or meager profit, thus it needs the assistance of property industry. The cooperation with tourism will help the property industry to conquer a new market, especially when the central government is planning to limit the prices of residential housings,” said an analyzer from Wood Head International.

 

It can be estimated that vacationing housings will play an important part in 2007 in both industries, and the traditional sale-based way of investment will lose its popularity. Tourism and property industry will shift their focus from sales to operation to gain a long-term profit.
