Chinese musical "Jin Sha" wowed crowds in Beijing’s Poly Theatre over the weekend, helping kick off the International Drama Festival with a bit of local charm.

　　Sharing the opening slot with "Casablanca", "Jin Sha" is a love story based around a three-thousand-year-old mysterious relic from southern China.

　　This is first musical composed by Chinese musician San Bao and many of the songs will be performed by pop tenor Sha Baoliang.

　　Different from dance drama "Casablanca", "Jin Sha" strings the love story together with twenty beautiful songs.

　　"Jin Sha" will have a four-performance run and will close Monday.
