Taiwan’s pop diva A-Mei, or Zhang Huimei in mandarin, has released her new album today (Tuesday). The record called "Maybe Tomorrow", contains 10 new songs and three bonus tracks with a theme song she wrote called "Love Is Only".

She had previously cancelled a Chinese concert because protesters accused her of supporting Taiwan’s independence.

A-Mei Chang–the diva who defines exceptional Mandarin pop–has once again surpassed our expectations! We’ve heard and seen her undeniable charms on stage and now she’s also showing us her talents as an album producer.

From the music and lyrics to the arrangements, Maybe Tomorrow is all about A-Mei–a brand new A-Mei! She collaborates with the well-known, Singaporean producer Martin and Taiwan’s famed musician Leehom Wang in her latest, charged-up album.

In her first-plugged song, Love is the Only Thing–which she wrote at the beginning of the year–A-Mei surprises her fans with her thoughtful lyrics and ear-catching rock tune. Always aiming to make affective music, A-Mei says this inspiring song surpasses her previous songs in expressing her true thoughts and feelings throughout her years as a singer.
