Chinanews, Beijing, November 30 – An art training school in Beijing has set up an “abreaction room”for students, where they can paint and write on the wall, yelling and jumping, to relieve themselves of the pressures upon them.
Our reporter saw torn figures and letters sprayed on the walls of the room, and also a big mattress in the corner for students to jump on. Behind the door is a big doll which students can beat or kick to their heart's content.
The students of that school have to face dual pressures from both studies and job-hunting, thus the school has set up a psychological clinic for the students and this “abreaction room”for them to vent their emotions in.
