The concert, "What a Beautiful Jasmine" is just one of the festivities scheduled for the Chinese Year of Culture in America. "Spice Sister", "Beautiful Life" and "Love for my China"are just some of the traditional Chinese folk songs Song Zuying plans to perform. She will also sing some arias from Chinese opera.
The National Symphony Orchestra will accompany Song Zuying. China's Muhai Tang, the current lead conductor at the Finnish National Opera, will take the baton for this special cultural exchange.
Song became the first Chinese performer to hold a concert in the Golden Hall in Vienna in 2003.
