Xiong Ni, the former Olympic diving champion, has become deputy director of Hunan Provincial Sports Administration (HPSA).   Chinanews, Changsha, January 19 – According to China Sports Daily, Xiong Ni, the former Olympic diving champion, has become deputy director of Hunan Provincial Sports Administration (HPSA).

 

There are two Olympic champions in HSPA. The other is Tang Jiuhong, the former badminton champion, and another deputy director, who assumed office in 2004.

 

Xiong was born in 1974 in Changsha, Hunan Province, who had won several gold medals in previous Olympic games. After retirement, Xiong became the principal of Hunan Sports College. Yang Zaihui, who used to be the director of scientific sector of HPSA, has taken his place as principal after Xiong became deputy director,
