To Get Along with People 

In any community, big or small, everyone lives in a network of communication with others. As a result, misunderstanding, unhappiness, and even conflict occur now and then. 

Under such circumstances, different people may give different responses. Some may pretend to be blind to the conflict, hoping not to make the situation worse. However, the unsolved matter will probably lead to more serious consequence. Others may exaggerate it by flying into a rage to quarrel with others, which often bears the seed of hostility. 

As far as I am concerned, both parties, when conflict occurs, need to calm down, and then earnestly exchange their mind, drawing a clear picture of what has been going on between them. As long as they become informed of each other’s intention, I believe conflict will thus be solved.
