　　The process of employment consists of a variety of steps. An important one among them is the interview. In fact it is mainly the interview that helps the candidates and the corporations understand each other. 
　　On the one hand interview benefits the applicants or job candidates in that through interview they can obtain some of the key information. For instance, interviewers generally introduce to the interviewees the basic situations of the corporation such as the salary, work condition, and the feature of the job. Without such an important step of interview, hardly can the applicants obtain this information. 
　　Not only can the interview benefit the candidates by providing information but also can it contribute to them an opportunity to show themselves to the interviewer. For example, they impress the company by their language ability, social communications skills, and the ways they think and do. In one word, interview is important and useful in employment.
