　　About a decade ago, college students could findsatisfactory and enviable jobs after they acquire Master’sdegree. But now, things are quite different. Today＇suniversity students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs.They always say disappointedly that goods jobs means high diplomas。

Why nowadays university students with lowerdegrees have so much pressure in finding jobs? For my part, this kind ofpressure is mainly caused by three reasons. Firstly, the government isenrolling more and more university students year by year. And the growth of thestudents＇ number has surpassed that of the need of the society.So, when so many students graduate at a time, the chance of finding good jobsbecomes tiny. Secondly, today＇s universitystudents, most of them are the "only-child", who are more mentallyfrail. If their first try fails, they will be frustrated and think that it isreally hard to find jobs。

　　This situation can be changed. Theuniversity students can join in some extracurricular activities on campus totrain their abilities of doing things independently and try to do somepart-time jobs during weekends and vacations to gain more social experience。
