　　Lisa和James踏入旅馆准备登记住宿（check-in），没想到出师不利，遇到了麻烦。原来他们并没有事先订房（to book / reserve a room in advance），而碰巧的是，旅馆内所有房间都被订光了（be booked out）…… 以下是James跟接待员之间的对话：
