Chinanews, Beijing, Mar. 2 – The China National Exhibition, which will be held in Russia soon, will help further promote trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. China also aims to increase its cooperation with Russia in high technology field during the event. With these cooperations, it is hoped that trade volume between the two countries will be able to hit the goal of 60-80 billion US dollars as soon as possible, as the leaders of the two countries once said.

 

The statement was made on Tuesday by Yu Guangzhou, Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce, when he was in Moscow.

 

He said that the event would be held during the time when the Year of China was kicked off, and it would be the largest national exhibition that China had ever held abroad.

 

The China National Exhibition will be held in Moscow from March 26 to 29. The total exhibition area will reach 20,000 square meters and the theme of the event will be set as carrying out cooperation in order to seek for mutual benefit and harmonious development.
