Chinanews, Guangzhou, February 26 – According to a public servant in Shenzhen, the real estate developers there have hoarded some 200 thousand sq m of land, which is the same as the amount of land officially approved for construction in Shenzhen every year.
Obviously, these real estate developers should be blamed for the soaring housing price in Shenzhen. However, it's very hard for local department of land and resources to stop them, as all of them have “secret relations” with someone in authority. The opacity of land reclamation in Shenzhen also encourages these undesirable real estate developers.
