Chinanews, Beijing, February 27 – Beijing will start its annual enterprise investigation on March 1, and a special form has been designed to help strike down swindling companies. The information is released by the Beijing Municipal Industry and Commerce Administration (BMICA).
BMICA will confirm every piece of information in the investigative form, including telephone number, fax, address, etc, and a fine as high as 50,000 yuan will be imposed on companies that offered false information.
In fact, the authenticity of the information provided by companies has troubled BMICA for long. It has not only harmed BMICA's administration over the companies, but also helped swindling companies to survive investigations.
By the way, all the companies that refuse to accept the investigation will be closed down, and their names will be put on the “black list” of Beijing Municipal Credit Database of Enterprises. In 2006, nearly 30,000 companies were closed for this reason.
