Chinanews, Guangzhou, March 1 - Guangdong Province's water rationing plan will be trial-implemented, beginning today, which will focus on the water consumption of enterprises and administrative departments, rather than ordinary citizens.
According to the plan, the citizens in bigger cities will have larger water quotas. Take Guangzhou for an example,a Guangzhou citizen can use as many as 210 litres of water (about nine barrels), as Guangzhou is a super-large city with a total permanent population of 9 million.
