Joint stock companies will become the main form of management in Internet bars and professional financial investors and managers will also appear in the industry, Economic Information Daily reported.

 

After analyzing the current situation, existing problems and developmental trend of China's Internet bars, experts point out that China's Internet bar industrial development is now at a cross road with great changes taking place in the industrial structure. It is necessary for Internet bar managers to view Internet bars as enterprises and manage them in light of a modern enterprise management scheme, said the experts.

 

The experts predict that over the next few years, Internet bars will adopt shareholding cooperative system in their management.
