Chinanews, Beijing, Jan. 4 – China's stock market continued soaring on Jan. 4, the first trading day of 2007.

 

The Shanghai Composite Index breached 2,700 points this morning and then hit 2,800 points at 10.53am.

 

"I can't believe that almost all shares are soaring, especially shares in the banking sector!" said a citizen excitedly.
