Chinanews, Beijing, November 27 - According to the White Book on the Development of t Chinese Food & Beverage Industry 2006 by China Cooking Association, food and beverage industry in China will hit the 1-trillion-yuan mark in retail sales before the end of 2006, and it can be estimated that the industry's annual retail sales value will hit 2 trillion yuan by 2010.
