Chinanews, Beijing, Nov.30 – Financial Street Shopping Center, a brand-new luxury shopping center, was completed on November 28. Based on an investment of 1.3 billion yuan, the center will become the most luxurious one in China involving the best-known luxury products in the world.

 

Designed by the SOM of the US, the shopping center covers 89 million square meters, and will become a new symbol of Beijing.

 

Up to now, almost all world-famous top luxury brands, such as LV, Gucci, Ferragamo and Versace, have signed cooperation agreements with the center on their entry into the Chinese market, some of them for the first time ever. The shops in the center are being decorated now, and it is expected to open in next August.

 

The shopping center is located on the Financial Street, a hub of financial headquarters of more than 1,200 state-level financial, telecom, and electric-power companies and many renowned international businesses. Therefore the shopping center will witness strong luxury consumption power here.
