A recent survey showed more than half of women students say they have experienced sex discrimination in their job search.

　　The Shanghai Morning Post reports that employers say clearly they often hire a male, even when a more qualified woman applies for the job.

　　Women report that when faced with discriminated, they find it difficult to appeal or collect evidence.

　　The survey reveals women need to be more qualified to get the same job as a man and often get a lower salary than their male colleagues for doing the same job.

　　Many women even say they have to lie about their marital status for fear they will be discriminated against.
