Over 30 foreigners from America, Canada, England and Korea learned how to wrap Zongzi in eastern city of Nanjing to celebrate the Duanwu Festival with locals.

　　In China, Duanwu Festival (Dragon-Boat Festival) is one of the three traditional festivals, as famous as Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival. During every Duanwu Festival, there are traditional activities such as the dragon boat race, hanging wormwood, drinking Chinese yellow wine and eating Zongzi.

　　Zongzi has become the traditional food of this festival. In order to enable foreigners in eastern city of Nanjing to know more about Chinese traditional culture and folk customs, enjoy the special charm of Chinese traditional culture and enrich their life in Nanjing, in the afternoon of June 12th, ODTN.com combining Foreign Affairs Services of Nanjing Municipality held a celebration meeting, with Chinese and foreigners spending the traditional Duanwu Festival at Blue Marlin Restaurant of Nanjing 1912. Over 30 foreigners from America, Canada, England and Korea learned how to wrap Zongzi, ate Zongzi, played various games and spent a light-hearted and interesting afternoon with residents of Nanjing.
