Chris Pattern, former Hong Kong governor's favorite egg tart bakery, Tai Chung Cake Shop in Hong Kong's Central that has run for 50 years closed down because of drastic increase of rent. On the last business day of the shop, bakers of the shop were as busy as bees all day long in making pastry and pouring egg mix. Freshly-baked hot egg tarts were sold out one tray after another.
