"Construction of all the Olympic projects in Beijing is going on very well as scheduled, and I can guarantee that their quality will meet the requirements," said Wu Jingjun, the chief engineer and the spokesman of Beijing 2008 Projects Engineering Headquarters.

 

"Security, quality, time limit,function and cost are all our major concerns, thus we will not build Olympic projects in a rush," said Wu.
